How To Improve Your Relationships

Many people want to improve their relationships, especially on Valentine’s Day. Research proves the closer you are with people in your relationships, the happier your life will be and the less pain you’ll feel overall. Follow these tips to improve relationships.

Tip #1 – Acknowledge the positive. Research proves that if you compliment others in your life, your relationships will improve. Use the 5 to 1 ratio to improve your relationships. For every negative thing a you or a person in your life says, counter it with five positive compliments. Be specific in your compliments, but don’t sound phony. Say things like, “You look very sexy in that shirt.”, “I love the way you’re always taking care of me.”, or “You’re a fantastic mother.”

Tip #2 – Share your “red-face moments.” For example, share the times in your life where you were embarrassed. “One time I made a total fool of myself while doing a presentation when….” The people in your life will immediately feel affection toward you. Mostly everyone can relate to feelings of fear and inadequacy.

Tip #3 – If you want to get an important point across, make sure to gently squeeze the person on the arm first. Physical contact greatly improves relationships. This technique works amazing well with women.

Tip #4 – Ask people in your life a lot of questions, and make sure to listen. Research proves that the more questions you ask, the closer you relationships will be.

Have a great Valentine’s Day bitches.

I’m Not Afraid To Die On The Treadmill… The Question Is Are You?

Every time I listen to the interview where Will talks about dying on a treadmill I get pumped up. It’s very similar to what my parents said to me growing up as a young black male… That we minorities have to work twice as hard to achieve the same success in main stream America as non-minorities. (Not in those exact same words, but I’m sure you get the jist of it.)

If you take a look at Obama presidential win, I think the same is still true today to some extent. Just look at how much money he had to raise to win the election. But times are a changin’.

How To Gain Up To 18 Pounds Of Muscle In Only 4 Weeks While Only Working Out Once A Week

masscontractionI first heard about this revolutionary muscle building system from Tony Robbins. He’s always looking for the cutting edge with anything the does. At first I didn’t believe it was possible to build muscle only working out once per week. But after I read about the research they conducted in the book I was fully convinced.

You can actually gain more lean muscle mass working out only once per week than someone who spends 2 or more days per week in the gym. It has to do with proper overload of the muscles (Max Contraction) and the proper recovery time. And there is a proper proportion between the two.

I read a post a while back from Matador (from VH1’s “The Pickup Artist” show) who tracked his workout progress and said that at a certain size he got immediate attraction and better initial responses from women. He also said that at a certain one point when he got too big the attraction tapered off, girls started considering him a meat-head, so he slimmed down.

In fact, “The Adonis Method” talks about the proper proportion of the male body (between waist, shoulders, and hight) that is the most attractive to women.

I’m gong to try this system and see what happens. I’m hoping a few guys will try it along with me and swap feedback.

If you’d like to gain as much muscle mass possible, with as little effort as possible, check out the books below.
